Ingredients
500g grated Gabulhi (medium young coconut)
400g grated carrot
200g smoked tuna (sliced & crushed)
1big Maldivian chilly
1big Onion (chopped)
4tsp lime juice
Salt
Method:
Crush onion, chilly, lime and salt. Mix Coconut, smoked tuna, carrot. Serve with Roshi (Maldivian flat bread) ....................enjoy.
