Ingredients:
3 cups Gabulhi (Mediun young Coconut)
2cups Sugar
2eggs
1/2cup corn flour
1/2cup Jasmin water or rose water
3tsp oil
2 tsp corn flour
Method:
Mix all ingredients other than the last two ingredients.
Process in a food processor.
Oil a round baking pan with two tsp of oil & dust with 2tsb of corn flour, pour the boakibaa mixture in to pan & bake in a 160c preheated oven until light golden brown ...................enjoy!
