Creamy Mango & Hershey kisses lolly or popsicle's

I had one extra can of mango and a lot of chocolate in my fridge so last night I made these lollies. Today I covered the lollies with chocolate, thinking after taking pics I will put them back in my freezer, but the lollies were melting so fast I had to serve it immediately. You can see from the pictures also the lollies have started to melt. Perfect for hot days and picnics.

Ingredients:
1can Mango
3/4to 1cup condensed milk
10 Hershey kisses or Milk chocolate

Method:
Empty canned mango with syrup and 3/4cup of condensed milk into a food processor, blend until smooth. Taste if you think you need more condensed milk adjusts for your taste. Pour in to lolly moulds and freeze over night. Melt chocolate on a double boiler. Take lolly moulds out from freezer run warm water back of the moulds for few minutes. Take lolly out from mould and pour little by little melted chocolate or with a small fork splash chocolate on the lollies. You have to work very fast as the lollies will start melting. Serve immediately........................................enjoy.

Lolly with Peach bites

LOLLY is everyone's favorite, the sweet milky, rosy taste just yummy. In Maldives we have Lolly and Juicepetties. Lolly is Popsicles made from Sharubath and Juicepetties are fresh or ready made juices packed in small plastic bags and frozen. I use to remove the lolly from stick, crush it in a glass and eat it with a spoon. That's the way I liked it as a child.

 (Sharubath)

I gave a little twist to Lolly by adding some peach chunks, it tasted great. While you suck Lolly you can eat chunks of sweet fruit. This recipe makes three Lollies.

Ingredients:
For Sharubath:-
4tbs Rose syrup
11/2cups Water
5tbs Condensed milk
Sugar

And
1 can peach in syrup

Method:
To make Sharubath mix all sharubath ingredients and balance everything per your taste. Drain peach and chop or slice. Fill half of each Lolly mould with peach slices, pour sharubath and put a stick upright in each lolly freeze overnight. To unmould run warm water outside Lolly moulds for two to three seconds ..........................enjoy!
