Mini Chicken Meat Ball Sandwiches

I want to make meat ball sandwiches for this evening tea so I made Chicken meatballs yesterday and Capt. in fridge. Last night I went a bakery to buy some sub buns for the sandwich and I saw these cute mini buns in a packet. Perfect for my Chicken meat ball sandwich, these mini sandwiches were so yummy and cute, Perfect food for parties and picnics

Ingredients: 
For Meat Balls
250g Chicken (cubed)
1medium onion (chopped)
1tsp Lonumirus Curry Powder or Chili powder
1garlic bulb
1/3tsp chopped chilly (Githeyomirus)
Salt
For sauce
1/2cup spaghetti Sauce
4tbs Tomato sauce
1medium onion (sliced)
2garlic bulb (chopped)
1/2tsp pepper powder
Salt
5tbs vegetable oil

10Mini buns
3Slice Cheese



Method:
In a food processor process all the meat ball ingredients little bit. Make TT ball size meat balls, you can make about 10Chicken meat balls.

Refrigerate overnight or 5hours, heat 2tbs of oil in a skillet or a pan add the meat balls cover and cook until downside of chicken meat balls get light brown, turn to upside down again cover with lid and cook until brown. 
Take the lid and take the meat balls out to a plate, there will be little bit stock formed inside the skillet don't throw it add rest of oil into the chicken stock or sauce add the chopped onion and garlic saute until soft, now add the Chicken meat balls and saute until light brown.
Add Spaghetti sauce and Tomato sauce cook for few minutes season with pepper and salt.
Cut the mini buns in half put a Chicken meat ball with some sauce in to each bun.
Divide each slice cheese in to four put a piece of slice cheese on top of each meat ball inside the buns.
 Arrange the buns in a baking tray and bake in a 160C pre heated oven until the cheese melts. Serve immediately.............................................enjoy!
