Fujehi Mas (battered fish)

This fish can be eaten with rice ,roshi or even with french fries . 


Ingredients:
2 lbs tuna fillets sliced thinly (any kind of fish can be used)
5 eggs
4tsp lonumirus curry paste
3/4cup to 1cup flour
Salt
Oil for frying 

Method:
Beat eggs mix lonumirus curry paste. Add half of the flour, mix until no lumps are their mix the other half and whisk until fully combined into a consistency that coats the back of a spoon.


Season with salt for your taste. Heat oil 180C or on medium heat. Dip one piece of fish in batter coat well shake off any excess.


Then immediately place into pot of hot cooking oil Turn with tongs and cook until it's an even light golden brown. 

Remove & drain on kitchen paper........................................................enjoy.
