Crispy fried chicken

2 chicken breasts sliced in to strips or you can use chicken legs
2 tsp chili powder ,I used lonumirus curry powder
1 egg
1/2 cup  milk 
11/2 cups flour 
1 teaspoon baking soda 
2 tsp garlic powder (optional) 
2 tsp pepper powder
Cooking oil for deep fry. 

        Steam or boil chicken until cooked. Pin-prick the chicken with a fork. Season with salt, 1 tsp pepper and chili powder for 1 hour.
         Whisk the egg with fresh milk. In other bowl, mix flour, baking soda, garlic powder, salt and pepper powder. One by one, dip chicken in egg mixture, coat in flour until the whole surface covered with flour. Dip again in egg mixture and again with flour mixture. Do the same procedure three times to all chicken pieces. Heat oil and fry chicken until golden brown. Drain on kitchen paper. Serve immediately ................................enjoy.
