Bis cutlets (Egg Cutlets)

600g Potato (mashed)
1 big Onions (sliced thinly)
1 Maldivian chilly (chopped)
1 tsp Peppercorns (ground)
1 big lime juice
2 can of tuna (360g)
1/2tsp mint leaves
15 Eggs (hard boiled and cut into halves)
200 g bread-crumbs
2 Eggs (beaten)
Salt to season
Oil for deep-frying 

In a bowl crush onion, chilly, lime with salt. Add in the mashed potato, tuna, mint and pepper. Mix well. Make small balls about size of 11/2inch diameter.

 Flatten each ball to oval shape Stick half of egg with it.

Dip in beaten eggs coat with bread crumbs.

Deep fry until golden brown. Drain on kitchen paper.........................enjoy.
