Bisboakibaa (Egg savoury Cake)

500g Potato chips (fried)
360g can tuna
1 big onion
Githeyomirus (Maldivian chilly)
4 big Tomatoes (cut in to slices)
14 eggs
1/2tsp pepper powder
2tsp oil or butter 

Beat eggs, pepper powder & salt keep aside.

Grease about 23cm bottom baking pan with Oil or butter. Start arranging half of the chips evenly in bottom of the pan, then half of tuna on top of it, then half of onion then arrange all chillies on these arrange half of tomatoes again repeat the second layer.

The Tomatoes have to be the last which will be on top now pour the beaten eggs evenly on the arranged tray.

Bake 170c pre heated oven until when you insert a toothpick in the center comes out clean, Cool completely before cutting ................................enjoy.
