Chilli Chicken



Ingredients:
800grms boneless chicken (cut in to cubes)
3 tbsp Soy sauce
1 egg
4 tbsp corn flour
3 tbs sugar
4 tbs tomato sauce
1 big (Carrot cut in to slices)
1 big Tomato (cut in to 1inch cubes)
½ of 1 leek cut in to rings
Medium Onion (cut in to big 1 inch cubes)
2 long green capsicum (core removed & cut)
2 garlic bulbs (cut in to slices)
Salt To Taste
1 cube of chicken stock
21/2 cups water
1/2 tsp white pepper powder
¼ cup cooking oil
Oil for frying 

Method:
Take 2tbsp Soy sauce, 2tbsp corn flour, salt, egg in a bowl and marinate chicken pieces in this mixture for about 10 minutes. 

Heat oil and deep fry the marinated chicken pieces until golden brown. 

Now in a separate pan heat 1/4 cup oil and add, Carrot, Tomato, leeks, Onion, Capsicum & Garlic, sauté until vegetables cook,

Add 2 cups of water, chicken stock cube cook about 5 minuts, mix 2 tsp corn flour in 1/2cup of water & pour this mixture into the vegetable stock mixture until thick stir constantly to avoid lumps

Add the fried chicken, Tomato sauce, sugar, pepper powder & 1 tsp of soya sauce. Cook 3 minutes & serve .........................enjoy
