Gerimas lee Roshi Roll (Maldivian flat bread beef rolls)

8roshi (Maldivian flat bread)
To make Roasted beef:
350g tenderloin beef
2tsp lonumirus curry powder
4tsp chicken curry powder
2tsp tomato paste
2tsp lime juice
1/2tsp salt
5tsp vegetable oil
For roshi wrap:
Tomato (sliced)
Mayo sauce:
4tsp mayonnaise
2tsp Chilly garlic sauce 

Making Roasted Beef:
Clean beef cutting as much fat you can. Make small incisions. In a small bowl mix two curry powder, tomato paste, lime juice and salt.

 Push the curry paste in the incisions and cover beef with plastic food wrap leave in fridge for 1hour. In a baking tray put the marinated beef scatter oil on beef and roast in a preheated oven 200 C for about 45minuts, until meat thermometer registers 140 degrees when inserted in to center of beef. Remove from oven, and cover loosely with foil. let stand for 10 minutes. Slice beef. Set aside.
Prepare Mayo sauce: Mix ingredients.
Making roshi rolls: Put one roshi on a plate apply sauce in the middle straight.

Arrange tomatoes, arrange beef slices as much you like. Put one half of a lettuce leaf.

Roll cut in to half......enjoy
