Cuttlefish Curry



Ingredients:
500g cuttlefish (cut in to strip)
1/2cup pasta sauce
3tbs Chicken curry powder or Roasted curry powder
1tbs lonumirus curry powder or chilly powder
1/2tsp pepper powder
12 curry leaves
Pandan leaf
3 garlic (chopped)
2tbs tomato paste
1lemon
3tbs soy sauce
2 big carrots (chopped)
12 beans (chopped)
1 big leek (sliced)
2 medium onions (sliced)
1cup coconut milk
1/4tsp turmeric powder
Salt
2 cups Water
1/3cup vegetable oil 

Method:
In a sauce pan add water mix turmeric powder and salt. Add Cuttlefish, cook until cuttlefish turns white.


In another pan add oil, curry leaves, pandan leaf and garlic fry until onions get soft than add carrots, leaks and beans fry till vegetables get tender.

Drain water from cuttlefish transfer to a bowl mix pasta sauce, soy sauce, tomato paste, all curry powders, pepper and lemon juice. Transfer this cuttlefish mixture into the vegetables, add soy sauce mix and cook two to three minutes than add coconut milk mix well on low heat. Season with salt serve hot with plain rice or roshi, great mixed with pasta or noodles too ...................................... .......enjoy!
