Ingredients:
11 sausage
11 bread slices (crumbs removed and rolled as thin as you can)
4 eggs
salt
11 toothpicks
Method:
Beat all the eggs with salt. Make small 4inch diameter omelets. In each slice of bread put one or two omelets.
Keep one sausage crosswise of each bread slice. Bring the other two corners of bread slice overlapping sausage and prick a toothpick.
