Crunchy Cornflake Chicken





Ingredients:
2chicken breasts (rinsed, pat dried and cut in to strip)
3cups Corn flakes (Processed in a food processor)
3eggs
1/2tsp pepper powder
Salt 

Method:
Beat the eggs with salt and pepper. Place cornflakes in a shallow dish. Mix little bit of pepper and some salt in to cornflakes.
Dip chicken in eggs, coat with corn flakes. Place in a baking pan lined with aluminum foil.
Bake in a 170C preheated oven for 20 minutes. Take the tray out from oven turn the chickens upside down again bake until chickens turn nice brown ....................enjoy.
