Hakurulee bambukeyo (Candied breadfruit)

11/3cup full pressed bread fruit (Skin peeled, centre removed cubed)
2cups of sugar
1/2cup jasmine water 

Mix everything in a sauce pan. Cook on low heat covered. In between take the lid and stir.
When all the water is absorbed stir constantly not to let the sugar burn until breadfruits absorb all the sugar. Take pan from stove leave to cool. When cool stir and store in an airtight jar........enjoy!
