Beetroot and peas sambol




Ingredients
2medium beetroot (cut into strips)
11/2cup peas
1big onion (sliced)
11/2tbs lonumirus curry powder
1tbs tomato paste
8curry leaves
2inch 4pundun leaf
1/2cup tuna chips
5tbs vegetable oil 
Salt

Method:
In a sauce pan add oil and sauté onion, curry leaves, pundan leaves for 3 minutes then add beet root, peas, sauté until beet root are soft in between cover for some time.





When beetroots are soft add tuna fish chips, curry powder, tomato paste mix. Saute for some more minutes season with salt and serve with roshi or bread ..................................enjoy!

Note: Vegetarians can avoid fish chips.
