220grm bread (1day old)
11/3cup condensed milk
1tsp vanilla essence
1tsp butter or margarine
1/3cup Kanamadu (Sea almond or any nuts you like sliced)
Red color or green color (food color)
Cut or tear bread slices or bread in to small pieces. Scatter 2cups of water on the bread pieces soaking well. Leave for one hour.
Beat eggs, butter and condensed milk. Crush the bread pieces as much you can. Mix with the beaten egg mixture. Add vanilla essence and color as much you like. Pour this bread batter into a 9inch baking round pan.
Scatter Kanamadu on top of cake, and Bake at 160C pre heated oven until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.
