Chocolate Ganache covered Nutella balls

350g Chocolate cake (I used milk chocolate cake)
4tbs Nutella
For Ganache:
3/4cup heavy whipping cream
150g milk chocolate (chopped)
2tsp golden syrup or honey

Crumble cake into a large bowl. Add nutella, and mix thoroughly. Roll the cake mixture into balls and place on a plate or cookie sheet. Chill them for at least one hour.
Ganache: Place the chopped chocolate in a medium sized heatproof bowl. Set aside. Heat the cream and in a small saucepan over medium heat. Bring just to a boil. Immediately pour the boiling cream over the chocolate and allow to stand, without stirring, for a few minutes. Stir gently with a spoon or whisk until smooth. Add golden syrup mix. Chill ganache for about 30minuts.

Dip nutella balls in chocolate ganache coat well

Arrange in a serving dish or in small paper liners........................enjoy.
