Dhiyaahakuru Pudding (Coconut honey pudding)


Ingredients:
2 cups thick coconut milk
1cup dhiyaa hakuru (coconut honey)
8eggs
1/2tsp cinnamon powder
4tsp sugar 

Method:
Beat eggs, coconut milk, coconut honey, cinnamon powder until well combined. Melt sugar in a 9" diameter baking pan until golden color.

Pour the egg mixture in to baking pan. Bake in a 180C pre heated oven until skewer inserted in middle comes out clean.......................enjoy.
