Strawberry pudding cake

For Cake
4 eggs separated
1 cup sugar
4tbsp. cold water
1cup sifted cake flour
1tsp baking powder
1tsp baking soda
For Strawberry sauce
150g strawberries whole (cut in to small cubes)
1tbs strawberry jam
1tbs water
2tbs sugar 

To make sauce:
In a sauce pan put all the sauce ingredients and cook until strawberries are soft. Set aside.
Making the Cake
Beat egg yolks and sugar together until very light. Add water. Sift together flour, baking powder and baking soda. Add to batter. Beat egg whites until stiff and fold into batter. Now fold the strawberry sauce into the cake batter. Pour batter into well-greased 8inch baking pan and steam for 15 to 20 minutes..........................enjoy.
