Kanamadu Boakibaa (Sea Almond cake)


Ingredients: 

1cup Kanamadu (ground)
3/4cup sugar
3eggs
1/2cup all purpose flour
11/2tsp baking powder
1tsp almond extract
5tsp unsalted butter

Method:  
Beat eggs & sugar until light & fluffy add butter.


Mix flour baking powder, almond extract & kanamadu. Mix well.


Oil a small Baking tray size 18x6.8cm spring form round tray & bake in a preheated oven for 45minits or until light brown or when a toothpick inserted in center comes out clean...............enjoy.
