Dhandi aluvi boakibaa (Cassava cake)



Ingredients:
2 cups grated dandialuvi (cassava)
21/2 cup Gabulhi (soft flesh coconut)
21/2 cup sugar
1cup jasmine water or 1/3cup rose water
2tsp oil or butter 

Method:
Mix all the ingredients except the oil in a bowl.



Process little in food processor,

Grease a baking pan with oil & Pour the mixture.


Bake at 160 c pre heated oven for 45 minutes or until golden brown. Remove from oven cool completely before serving .................................enjoy.
