Ingredients
For cake: 
1 cup flour 
2tsp baking powder 
Pinch of salt1 cup granulated sugar 
1/3cup unsweetened cocoa powder 
1 cup milk 
1/3cup vegetable oil 
1tsp vanilla essence
2 eggs
2 eggs
For syrup 
1cup light brown sugar 
1 cup hot water 
11/2tsp coffee 
1/2cup cocoa powder 
Method: 
Mix all the cake ingredients into a smooth batter.  Scrape into an oiled baking tray and smooth the top.
Cover the top of  cake tray with aluminum foil. Set the cake tray inside a double boiler  put on lid. Steam on high for10 minutes (This pudding cake have to be steamed not baked so if you don't have a  steamer get a larger baking tray then the cake tray and fill the bottom  with about a half inch of water place the cake tray covered with aluminum foil in middle of big tray & steam). While the cake is  steaming prepare the syrup. Add all ingredients in a bowl. Stir to mix.  After 10minits switch off the flame, slowly take the aluminum foil out.  Bottom of the cake will be steamed you can see the sides of cake will  be starting to set.
Pour the syrup evenly on the cake. Cover the top  with foil, again  steam for 30minits on medium heat Until the top of the cake is set and  the sides or bottom is still syrupy. when you cut the cake it should be like a  moist, brownie-like cake resting on a swamp of chocolate pudding.  .................................enjoy.
