I Dream of Dessert Class Starting 20^th of this month, Class duration is 10 days  class fee is Rf 2500, Timing is 08.30 pm to 10.30 pm, To note your names or for any information call 7709426. Below is a small description  of what I teach in this class.

1-    Chocolate Strawberry Kiwi Roll Cake

2-    Cheddar Cheesecake with Fresh fruits

3-    Elegant lady Cake :  (White cake filled with vanilla custard. Iced with whipped topping  topped with seasonal fresh fruit and l glaze)

4-    Sacher Torte  :(Chocolate cake filled with apricot and raspberry preserves. Iced with chocolate whipped cream and chocolate ganache)

5-    Espresso Madness :  (Chocolate cake flavored with espresso. Filled and iced with mocha butter cream. Finished with chocolate shavings, chocolate ganache )

6-    Orange sunset Cake : (white cake layers kissed with orange glaze, layered with orange custard and orange butter cream. Iced with orange butter cream and garnished with white chocolate shaves)

7-   Strawberry choc Cake : (three layers of chocolate cake with strawberry filling. Iced with chocolate whipped topping and rich chocolate ganache drizzle, garnished with fresh strawberry)

8-    Mid Night ooh laalaa Cake : (Chocolate mousse and raspberry filling between layers of chocolate cake covered with chocolate butter cream, chocolate ganache, and toasted almonds on the sides)

9-   Carrot Cake :  (Carrot cake iced with cream cheese)

10-   Chocolate over Flow : (Chocolate cake filled with fudge. Iced with chocolate butter cream finished with chocolate ganache on top. Garnished with Chocolate shaves)
