Ingredients:
250g boneless chicken or minced chicken
1 small onion
1 Maldivian tholhi chilly
1 garlic bulb
1cm ginger
3tsp chicken curry powder
1tsp lime juice
Salt
1tsp oil
Sauce:
3tsp mayonnaise
11/2tsp chilly & garlic sauce
1/2tsp pepper
For garnish :
Small tomato
Lettuce
Method:
Chicken patties: Grind chicken or if you can't grind just cut chicken in to very small fine pieces.
separately process onion, chilly, ginger and garlic to a smooth paste by a food processor. Mix Chicken, onion, chilly, garlic, ginger paste, chicken curry powder, lime juice and salt to your taste. Oil your hands and divide this chicken mixture in to three equal portions. Make chicken mixture in to three burger patties. Grill or fry. Set aside.
Make burger cutting a bun from middle. Put one chicken patty, 1 tomato slice, lettuce apply some sauce and serve......................enjoy.
