When I got order for a Mango cheese cake I was very worried as this is not Mango season. I want to make this cake with Maldivian mango or honey mango (honey mango I think is imported to Maldives from Pakistan or India) as these mangoes does not have any mint taste. I never bought canned mango so I just bought to taste it, it tasted only sweet syrup no mango taste. So I searched some super marts and found some mangoes which tasted ok. The customer who ordered the cake was satisfied so I am happy. Here are some pics...
