Healthy breakfast five


I used to go canteen with my friends for breakfast almost each morning when I was working at Maldives Customs Service. Some officers will eat only egg whites and bread. They say white part (egg white) is the good part in an egg and yolks are full of bad fat and cholesterol. That's why they throw it. Even now a lot of people eat eggs like this. That's because we don't know the truth and we are given bad information since long time. The recipe which I have written below I used one whole egg and two egg whites. Since cheese is a good source of protein it’s a great way to start the day, especially for growing children and adolescents. Research has continually shown that eating breakfast improves concentration, problem solving ability, memory, and mood. So chipper up, a bite of toast with gooey Cheddar cheese in an omelet.
 
Ingredients :
2 slices of whole wheat brown bread
1 egg plus 2 egg whites
2 tablespoon cheddar cheese
Pepper
2slice of papaya

Method:
 In a pan over medium heat, make an omelet with eggs, cheese and pepper together. Once cooked, place egg mixture on brown bread and serve with papaya.
