Banbukeyo bondibai (Breadfruit dessert)



Ingredients:
4cups pressed cubed bread fruit
6cups water
3cups sugar
4cardomom pods
2inch cinnamon
1/2cup jasmine water or 3tsp rose water 

Method:
In a big pan bring water to boil. Add bread fruit.

After sometime you will see some scum, on top remove it.

Cook breadfruit until very soft. Strain breadfruits, again put the breadfruits in the same pan.

Add sugar, cardamom and cinnamon.

Cook until bread fruit becomes sticky and all the sugar is absorbed. Add jasmine water mix well and serve...................................enjoy.
