Aluvi Kavaabu (Potato kavaabu)


Ingredients:

600g boiled and mashed potato
180g canned tuna (1 tin)
1/2cup flour
Maldivian chilly
2medium onion chopped
1/2tsp pepper
11/2 tsp turmeric powder
1big lime juice
Salt
Oil for deep frying

Method:

Crush Onion, chilly, in salt and lime juice. Add pepper powder, turmeric mix. Add potato, tuna, and flour. Mix until everything combines. Make oval shape kavaabs.
Deep fry until golden brown without Stirring  and  serve......................................……….enjoy!.
