Pumpkin Samba




Ingredients:
400g boiled pumpkin (cut in to cubes)
50g smoked and sun-dried tuna chips
3Dried chilly (each cut in to three)
2big onion
10curry leaves
1/2tsp garlic paste
2tbs roasted curry powder
1tsp chilly powder
Salt
3tbs oil 

Method:
Heat oil in a sauce pan. Fry onion, chilly and curry leaves until onions turn light brown. Add pumpkin, fish, curry powder, chilly powder and garlic paste. Mix well and cook for 3to 4 minutes stirring continuously. Season with salt. Serve with any kind of bread you like. Pumpkin seeds can be roasted and scattered on top of the dish..................... enjoy. 

Note: Vegetarians can avoid fish.
